2019 Party Fashion
What is your 2019 party fashion saying about you? For many, the holiday season means a packed calendar full of gatherings, nights out and other special events. Are you AND your wardrobe ready?
Always be stepping out in style. For instance, Hallak’s expert alteration and tailoring department can have your seasonal pieces fitting you just-so. Then, allow us to finish them to perfection. After the party, one of our friendly drivers will stop by and pick up your items in need of some TLC. Keeping your wardrobe looking and feeling its very best can be as simple as a phone call (or Hallak app pick-up request).
The 2019 party fashion trends such as feather or crystal embellishments call for a professional’s touch. Our cleaning department evaluates each piece individually to ensure that the proper solvent and process is used. Did you know that care labels are often sewn in prior to adornments being sewn or glued on?
While you may believe you are following the ‘right’ care instructions, you can possibly cause damage to any later added-on extras. Therefore, we encourage you to ask our experts. We would be happy to inspect a piece and provide you with the proper handling suggestions.
Unsure of what to wear? Here is a quick video about how to Decode the Dress Code!
While we encourage to follow a dress code, this does not mean that you should be uncomfortable. For many men, tuxedos are not the most comfortable item in their closet. However, some occasions do call for one such as a black-tie gala. Therefore, you ask yourself would you rather be slightly ‘overdressed’ (for your personal taste) or be underdressed in a public setting. Although, you can bring a little ‘you’ to the outfit by wearing a fun tie, pair of socks, custom cufflinks, unique footwear (not sneakers!), etc. With one or a few of these added elements, you may end up feeling a bit more like yourself. (The word comfortable does not always equate to joggers and other type of athleisure.)
