Free pick-up and delivery is available 6 days a week in New York City. Our Bergen County route is broken down into two different schedules. Visit our Delivery page to locate your town. We visit Westchester and Greenwich on Wednesdays and Saturdays. During the summer, we have a Hamptons route as well.

Existing Hallak clients may request service through this form, calling, emailing info@hallak.com or the Hallak app. Once submitted, our team will confirm your requested service date based on your location and route availability.
Please place garments in your Hallak garment bag whenever possible and include any special care instructions, stain concerns, alteration requests, or service notes. If an item requires special attention, we recommend noting details clearly so our inspection team can provide the most appropriate care.
Yes. Hallak Cleaners’ existing clients may include requests for tailoring, alterations, bridal care, suede and leather cleaning, luxury bed linens, table linens, and other specialty services in their form. Our team will review your request and follow up if additional details are needed.
If you visit a store location, we may be able to help with spot cleaning, minor repairs, finishing, and other care that same day. A rush service typically means a three-day turnaround. Questions about a special rush service? Call our team today.
Turnaround times vary based on garment type, requested services, and specialty care requirements. Standard dry cleaning is typically in 5-7 days unless requested for an earlier return. Alterations, suede, leather, fur, wedding, and vintage garments may require additional time. Each item is unique so we take this into consideration when scheduling an item’s return.
