For garments sent to us, Hallak uses either UPS or FedEx return shipping. However, you may send your items via any carrier. Although, we encourage choosing a method that allows for delivery receipt signatures. In addition, it is best to email or call our team in advance. This way, we can keep an eye. In general, insurance provides an added level of comfort. If you decide to insure your goods, please let us know if you would like return insurance as well. For additional insurance, we request your garment valuation(s).
When it comes to your clothing’s care, Hallak has its own level of ‘insurance’. In the same way a carrier protects, you, our Safe Cleaning Guarantee does the same.
Typically, Hallak’s standard general dry cleaning turnaround is one week. For more urgent situations, a faster turnaround is available. Be sure to let us know. Specialty items (e.g. leathers , suedes) take 2-3 weeks (and sometimes longer). Lastly, wedding services such a preservation takes several weeks. If you require a quicker turnaround, please email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance.

Shipping charges depend on the box’s dimensions, destination address, and delivery service option chosen. Once packaged, Hallak’s shipping department enters the necessary information. At that time, you can request a call or email with the precise cost.
In particular, our professional packaging allows minimal interior shifting. However, it is difficult to predict the handling once it is taken on by a third party shipper. Unfortunately, rough handling occurs sometimes. In these rare instances, Hallak arranges items for pick-up. Then, we repress, repackage and redeliver – entirely at our expense.
