Tip: Items delivered in a breathable bag are suitable for longer term storage. When delivered on a hanger, the items should not be left in the plastic bag for an extended period of time.

Should I include a note with my pick-ups?

Regular standing instructions can be added to your personal account by emailing info@hallak.com, speaking with a representative, or by updating your Hallak app account. For instructions specific to your pick-up, please include in your request form or include a note inside your laundry bag. (If you’d like, you can use the above form to request a Welcome Pack; it includes temporary receipts and a few other goodies.)

How will I know my items arrived safely to your store/plant?

All new clients receive a courtesy phone call or email to discuss the garment care needed and pricing. At that time, you may decide to proceed with your fashion’s care or have items returned unprocessed. If you wish to proceed, we will request a credit card be placed on file.

How do I pay for my dry cleaning as a delivery client?

New clients are asked to have a credit card on file. Your card will be charged two days prior to delivery. If you do not have an active card on file, we will not be able to deliver. To provide payment information, please request our secure credit card form or contact the office during business hours at (212) 832-0750.
