Below, you will find our new client pick-up request form. It is quick and easy. First, you are able to select your pick-up and return date. Then, manage your preferences and more! At any time, update your preferences. With this in mind, Hallak encourages notes and special instructions. In fact, we love to hear from you!

Complimentary pick-up and delivery is available. Manhattan receives six days-a-week service. However, the Hamptons (summer route), Greenwich, Westchester and Bergen County are visited twice-a-week. See our Dry Cleaning Delivery page for details

Should I include a note with my pick-ups?
Regular standing instructions can be added to your Customer Account by emailing email@example.com or speaking with a representative. For instructions specific to your pick-up, please include in your request form or include a note inside your laundry bag. (If you’d like, you can use the above form to request a Welcome Pack; it includes temporary receipts and a few other goodies.)
How will I know my items arrived safely to your store/plant?
All new clients receive a courtesy phone call or email to discuss the garment care needed and pricing. At that time, you may decide to proceed with your fashion’s care or have items returned unprocessed. If you wish to proceed, we will request a credit card be placed on file.
How do I pay for my dry cleaning as a delivery client?
New clients are asked to have a credit card on file. Your card will be charged two days prior to delivery. If you do not have an active card on file, we will not be able to deliver. To provide payment information, please request our secure credit card form or contact the office during business hours at (212) 832-0750.
