How do I become a new Hallak Cleaners client?

Getting started with Hallak Cleaners is simple. New clients may submit this form or contact our customer service team directly. As a new customer, a Hallak team member will call you after we inspect your first order. At that time, we will review your garment’s care and pricing. (This is for all first orders.) If you are a route customer, we will need some sort of payment information on file to ensure delivery. Email billing@hallak.com with any questions regarding payment.)

Should I include a note with my pick-ups?

Regular standing instructions can be added to your personal account by emailing info@hallak.com, speaking with a representative, or by updating your Hallak app account. For instructions specific to your pick-up, please include in your request form or include a note inside your laundry bag. (If you’d like, you can use the above form to request a Welcome Pack; it includes temporary receipts and a few other goodies.)

How do I pay for my dry cleaning as a delivery client?

New clients are asked to have a credit card on file. Your card will be charged two days prior to delivery. If you do not have an active card on file, we will not be able to deliver. To provide payment information, please request our secure credit card form or contact the office during business hours at (212) 832-0750.

What areas does Hallak Cleaners serve for new client pick-up and delivery?

Hallak Cleaners offers complimentary pick-up and delivery throughout Manhattan, Bergen County, Westchester, Greenwich, Short Hills, and select surrounding areas. Here is the schedule for each area:

Manhattan – Monday through Saturday
Bergen County – Split in two service routes
Westchester – Wednesday and Saturday
Greenwich – Wednesday and Saturday
Short Hills – Monday and Thursday

Our seasonal summer Hampton route runs on Monday and Thursday. Please note there is a small fee for each delivery to cover tolls and gas.

Clients outside our regular route areas may ship garments directly to us for expert couture garment care.

What types of garments and specialty items can I send to Hallak Cleaners?

Hallak Cleaners specializes in couture, casual, formalwear, tailoring, specialty skins, luxury bed linens, and table linens. Each item is individually inspected to determine the safest and most effective care process.

What should I expect during my first Hallak Cleaners pick-up?

All first-time customers receive a phone call to review your initial order’s care and pricing. If you wish, you can request that you are contacted prior to any work done. Hallak Cleaners allows for special preferences regarding this, how to handle specialty buttons, and other personal choices.

May I ship my items to you if I'm out of the area?

Yes. Hallak Cleaners has many out-of-state clients with some international as well. We kindly ask that you ship to our Bergen County location as it is adjacent to our award-winning production plant. Please ship to:
