Schedule a pick-up online, the Hallak app or by calling (212) 832-0750. If you are a new customer, please use our New Client form. Existing customers can use this pick-up form. We will create an account that includes your unique cleaning preferences.
Hallak has several drivers with their own route. New Jersey has one driver that oversees the different daily routes. Manhattan has several staff drivers covering each area. Due to traffic and the number of pick-ups & deliveries, we cannot provide a specific time. However, delivery customers can request an expected window frame. Your area’s driver will be able to provide a time frame so you know when to expect us. If you are interested in regular weekly pickup and deliveries, we can schedule this in advance. (No extra charge for rush orders.)
No, there is no minimum order for our pick-up and delivery services.
Please see our service areas above. You will notice that Bergen County is broken into two different routes. We serve Manhattan six days a week. And we visit Greenwich on Wednesdays and Saturdays. (Ask about our Hampton delivery service.)
Place your items in a garment bag or shopping bag. Inside, please include your name and any special instructions. Our team will take care of the rest to ensure your garments are handled with care. If you wish, you can request a welcome pack in advance. Use our New Client form or email info@hallak.com. The welcome pack includes a laundry bag, temporary receipts, and a few other items.
Hallak offers comprehensive garment care service including couture care, shirt laundry service, wedding dress cleaning, couture gown cleaning, leather cleaning, bed linen service, household items, and more.
