“I hope this email finds you and your family well. I apologize for not getting this to you sooner, but I know it’s never too late to say “Thank You”.

The immense and overwhelming feeling of bliss captivated me when your representative reached out.  She shared her findings with me and agreed to replace the Red Canada Goose Coat. I was not expecting that to be the result by any means. I was totally taken off guard, and was just grateful you were willing to look into the matter further.

I immediately thought of your father, and the tenets and principles he built his business on. I smiled and said “wow” it’s still alive and well, and that he must be proud of the family. The rep was extremely professional, and efficient. An amazing team you have.

Nonetheless, I wanted to say “Thank you”. Your action restored so much in me, that could have been lost. It was so much more than the coat and I hope you know that.”
